Application of Automated Visitor Reception System

The automated visitor reception system, based on a kiosk and touch screen, is implemented using the Dajban visitor software. This system assists visitors through several stages to complete their reception process and then obtain their appointment slip or access card from the kiosk.

This system, in addition to manual and automatic photo capture (facial recognition and identification of visitors in subsequent visits), can print appointment slips using a thermal or laser printer and provide them to the visitor. Additionally, it delivers access cards to visitors using a dispenser. These features not only simplify and accelerate the reception process but also enhance accuracy and efficiency, providing a better experience for visitors.

Automated Admission Procedure (Dejban WK2 Model):

First, the visitor stands in front of the kiosk and, after reading the instructions provided on the stand next to the kiosk, proceeds to select the department and the name of the person they wish to meet. Then, an automatic facial photograph is taken, followed by scanning their identification card and entering their first and last name. Finally, they receive a visitor pass or access card.

Finally, the visitor approaches the security guard to enter the meeting area. If the kiosk has internet access, it is also possible to send a text message to the person being visited to confirm the visitor’s arrival.
